Precision Nutrition for Osteoarthritic patients with Diabetes

This study followed 262 OA patients with diabetes type-II over a period of 2 years, showing that personalised and supportive low-carb diets led to decreased knee pain and improved mobility.

Mediterranean diet in Osteoarthritis

A study consisting of 4330 patients showed that a higher adherence to  the non-inflammatory Mediterranean diet is associated with a lower risk of pain worsening and symptomatic forms of knee Osteoarthritis.

Inflammatory potential of diet

This study followed 4796 patients over a period of 2 years - showing that those consuming inflammatory foods had a higher risk of knee osteoarthritis.
